Event

An evening of stargazing open to the public at Garland Ranch Regional Park, hosted by the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (MBRPD).  Telescopes, binoculars and a universe of knowlege provided by members of the MIRA Astronomy Club.

Notes to participiating MIRA Astronomy Club members:  sunset is at 8:25pm on this day.  The event is scheduled to begin shortly before sunset.  Therefore, plan to arrive with your stargazing equipment between 7:00pm and 7:30pm, to give yourself adequate time to unpack and move your car.  Parking is available near the Visitor Center, as shown in the map below:
