Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
It has been raining regularly in Minnesota for the past few weeks and unfortunately Saturday, July 6 at Frontenac State Park was no exception. The late afternoon shower was topped off with a beautiful rainbow. In the early evening, John Attewell gave a lecture on summer skies instead of the originally scheduled Randy Hemann. The evening sky was cloudy, but bright stars shone through, so we were able to show visitors at least the bright stars and double stars in the telescope. Contributing to this event were John A, Bob F, Jay and Josef
