Join the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA) for a virtual, global conference, "Under One Sky 2021".
This year, the IDA Annual Conferene will feature 30 committed dark-sky advocates over a 24 hour period, from every corner of the globe.
At 2:00PM on Friday, November 12, the IDA Board of Directors lead by Ruskin Hartley, IDA Executive Director will open the global Conference and will introduce the keynote speaker, Aparna Venkatesan, 'Who Owns the Night Sky?'
At 2:00PM on Saturday, November 13 the closing seesion will feature 'A Conversation with Astronauts Ron Garan and John Grunsfeld'.
While this Conference is Free to the public, Conference registration is required. Joining the IDA is strongly encouraged by the Seattle Astronomical Society. All donations to the IDA are gratefully accepted and appreciated.
