Member and author James Chen will present a program on the NSN outreach kit, "Glass and Mirrors".  This kit is all about the inner workings of all types of telescopes and some of the mechanics of light manipulation.  If you have ever thought about building your own telescope, this one should be of interest.  The program will be followed by a brief business meeting.
