We have an event scheduled for November 8, 2024. I would like to have this as an annual event. I talked with Don Flicken and he said there was availablity for November 7, 2025, so I'm making this request. This event will be at Castlewood State Park from 7:00-9:00 pm. It is a joint event hosted by Sierra Club, Dark Skies and the St. Louis Astronomical Society. This is an opportunity for people to go to Castlewood SP and view the sky with telescopes and talk about the importance of dark skies to the environment. It is open to the public.
