Pattonville Heights is located at 195 Fee Fee Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043
Directions: from 270, exit Dorsett Road and head East. Turn left (North) at Fee Fee Road. The entrance to Pattonville Heights is on the left just past the Quick Trip. Enter the parking lot and bear all the way to the left to the gymnasium. The door for the entrance is to the right of the Gym, under the dome.
