Syzygy Watch  ~ Feb 11 2025  ~ 5:17 moonrise till sunset at 6:08    

On Tues, Feb 11 your shadow will point to the pale rising full moon.   

Our club members have captured this phenomena across barren fields, a lake and also using a drone. 

Planning for the event is a fun school age activity using a protractor and online charts such as 'Time and Date'  

Astronomical Full Moon is Feb 12 Wed at 8:53 am
