Event

The weather for late Saturday afternoon (March 23) is good enough for us to hold our semi-annual dinner and stargazing party at CLAP.  We could show up at 4:00 PM, and start cooking by 5:30 PM, and eat before it gets dark.  The full Moon is the following Monday, but we need to do this event when clouds are minimal.... we can view the Moon, and some other targets that are away from the Moon.

Please RSVP me here with how many people are coming in your group, so we can guage how much food we need.  I will provide/cook burgers and dogs, with the condiments, and have cold bottled water (bring your own tea or soda, and alcohol not allowed in county parks).  If you can bring a covered dish, we would appreciate it, but tell me what you're bringing when you respond back.

The forecast is marginal for rain and clouds, but I think we can make it happen.... minimal chance of rain, followed by partly cloudy.

I will provide dome training for those who request it.  You have to be there by 6:30 pm to participate in that.

Looking forward to seeing everyone..... let's do it!!!

Clear skies.
