Event

As part of Grafitti Days, the Paul Morgan Observatory at UCC will be open to the public Friday night, July 12th at 9:30pm PDT. Expect to hear oldies music and see amazing images captured by the PMO telescopes and displayed on the new outdoor screen and projector. Bring your own chair and or blanket for seating. Weather should be quite pleasant.

UCC is also hosting an outdoor concert at the Swanson Amphitheater with a Grafitti Days theme. "The Day the Music Died" is based on the song by Don McLean that commemorates the plane crash that took the lives of Buddy Holly, Big Bopper, and Richie Valens. The concert starts at 7:30. Admission is free for children, $10 for seniors, and $15 otherwise. Wine and picnic fare will be available for purchase.

So make an evening of it and attend both events.
