Comments and anecdotes about the event:
With much of the weather in flux all day, we were hopeful that we may have 50% clear skies by 10PM EST. This unfortunately did not come to pass, and clouds remained low and heavy until nearly 11PM EST. HOWEVER, we still had a great even with 10 coming out to learn about astronomy and astrophotography. We discussed how they could begin capturing their own images of the night sky.
