Moton Elem. is at Title 1 school in Westminster needing our support for an event for approximately 150 people.  How are we going to do this?  We "plan-et!"

This event will have a main presentation followed by a rotation between 4 activities (group split into 4 to rotate between activities).  The activities include a mock planetarium show, telescope viewing, moon crater making & solar system acting.  It's all planned out.

We have a critical need for several volunteers.  Those who've already volunteered are flexible and can trade a role with you.
* We need 3-4 members with telescopes (& stools/step ladders)
* We need members leading specific planned activities (outline provided - e.g., 2d planetarium show {Al will project Stellarium in auditorium for you}, OR green laser night sky tour with member telescopes, OR moon crater activity, OR Orbits, revolutions/eclipses activity, OR a coordinator ensuring the 4 planned stations have what they need during the rotations at the event)
Can you do me the favor of an RSVP with your interest (ONLY IF you CAN make it?) 
Set up time is 4:30-5p.m.  Start is 6 p.m., ending at 8.

We are using the Snow Date:  February 2.  We get light dinner (pasta dish) for our efforts!
