This annual December meeting is a member pot luck.  All you need to do is join, via the link below, then come eat with us and get fabulous prizes!

IMPORTANT:  EVERY household that signs up for the pot luck using the club sign up database https://westminsterastro.groups.io/g/main/table?id=37370 will get an EXTRA raffle ticket for this event!!

TENTATIVE SCHEDULING: 

• setup starting at 5:30
• target potluck start 6:15
• Scheduled Zoom "What's Up Basics" 7-7:30 (folks can continue to arrive & eat) Zoom ends
• Astro-Trivia in teams in the room (prizes to each team member of winning team) 
• Swap table - members bring stuff to swap/sell 
• BRING CASH or CHECK for IN-PERSON, must-be-present to win, members-only (per local regulations) special raffle (fundraiser for club)  {accepting donations now - send message to treasurer@westminsterastro.org with description/value & to receive a tax donation letter}  
• DOOR Prizes - {seeking additional donations of nearly new items, astronomy related}
