Comments and anecdotes about the event:
The sun was out most of the afternoon. It was slow but about 150 viewers over 3 hours. A good mix of kids and adults in both telescopes. Even the youngest were impressed with the sunspots and prominence's. Several people took cell phone pictures through the H-Alpha scope A few were interested in the club and wondered when we will be back
