Our regular monthly club meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 13th from 6:30-8pm at the Missoula Public Library in Cooper Room B on the 4th floor. 

Learn about the Missoula Public Library’s telescopes available to checkout for patrons and the hobby of amateur astronomy. Nick Wethington – local amateur astronomer and coordinator for the University of Montana’s Blue Mountain Observatory – will share about the library’s telescopes and the benefits of joining your local astronomy club. Bring your questions about astronomy and telescopes! If the weather is clear, members of the Western Montana Astronomical Association will be on hand for a short observing session with their telescopes on the Level Four balcony directly after the program.
