One last fun fact: Night Sky Network members logged almost 4,500 events by over 200 clubs this year, and reached over 464,000 people!

Note: Pin orders are now closed.

Please note that the process for ordering pins has changed this year. Club coordinators may reserve pins. First, in order to qualify, please make sure your club's qualifying 2013 outreach events are logged by January 6 2014. Qualified clubs automatically receive three pins, so you don't need to notify us at all if that number is sufficient.

Due to budgetary constraints, we were unable to offer unlimited free pins this year. The first three pins are still free; additional pins may be ordered by Club Coordinators for deserving members for $2.00 per pin, including shipping.

Responses were closed on our survey and orders as of January 6, 2014-thank you all who responded!

Pins will reach clubs before the end of January.

You can reach both of us any time at nightskyinfo@astrosociety.org

Wishing you clear skies!

Night Sky Network Members:

You are the backbone of eyes-to-the-skies astronomy outreach.  NASA, ASP, and our partners are proud to support your amazing outreach events with a variety of free materials: Quarterly prizes for logging your events, outreach ToolKits, handouts from NASA partners, and publicity for events you post on the Night Sky Network Calendar.

NOTE: The NASA Night Sky Network is a nationwide community of over 425 amateur astronomy clubs.  You are signed up for email notifications from the Night Sky Network as a member of your local astronomy club.  To change your preferences for receiving Newsletters and other notifications, log into the Network and select "My Profile."
