Join ASET and a ranger to explore the cosmos with telescopes! Red light flashlights are highly encouraged!

Time: 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Meet: Wolfpen Green/ Solar Trail Parking Lot (first parking lot on the right across the dam).
Bring: Water, closed-toe shoes, bug spray, red-light flashlight, weather appropriate clothing. Guests are allowed to bring their own telescope.
Cost: Free with park admission ($5 per person, 13 years and older). If arriving after 4:45 PM, please use self-pay station (cash only) located at office parking lot.

If ADA assistance is required, please request modifications using this form, or email accessibility@tpwd.texas.gov at least 2 weeks in advance.

Purtis Creek has one grit wheelchair readily available for checkout. Please contact Ranger Jenna at Jenna.Lombard@tpwd.texas.gov to reserve & check availability.

Parking will be limited so if you have limited mobility aim to come early for easy access. The small lot next to the Star Party area fills up quickly.
Guests are allowed to bring their own telescope.
