Central Arkansas Astronomical Society members will provide constellation tours and share views of the Winter Milky Way objects through their telescopes. Please join us, dress warmer than you think, and don’t wear clothes or shoes that light up. Presentations covering what will be observed and how best to enjoy the event, among other educational topics, will occur in Ogden Hall starting at 6:30. Observing will follow at 8:00 PM on the peninsula at the south end of the lake. Parking for the observing event will be in the day activity parking lot.
Note! Clouds will cancel this event; if in doubt, check back after 1:30 on the event day to see if the calendar shows a cancelation. In the event of cancellation, this event will occur the following weekend at the same time and location.
