Visit the ASU School of Earth and Space Exploration, Tempe, AZ

to ASU in Tempe. Carpooling at 7:15 AM.
10:00 AM - Program at ASU begins.
Please join us for a guided tour of the ASU Gallery of Scientific Exploration featuring models of spacecraft, NASA mission ops and
clean rooms, working laboratories, and meteorites. The ASU School of Earth and Space Exploration (SESE) is directly involved in 25
NASA missions. It is located on the main campus of Arizona State University in Tempe.
The visit will include a special immersive 3D Astronomy show at the Marston Exploration Theater. The live presenters will be ASU students; this is not a movie.
OPTIONAL BEFORE RETURN:
We will carpool from Sun City to the university in Tempe which will take 2
Lunch - ASU Map and hours. Some are planning to go to Phoenix the night before and meet us
at ASU by 10 AM.
After the visit to ISTB 4, some of the carpool groups may opt to The tour and presentation itself is approximately two hours.
return to Sun City, but for those wishing to do so, we can walk to lunch.
Optional: Plan to stay after the tour for lunch at the university MU, and the Memorial Union (MU) for visit the Map & Geospatial hub, before returning via the 2-hour drive back lunch - some nice options - and a
to SCOV.
