Our fifth graders are doing a unit on the night sky.  We will start in November with Earth's Rotation, then the night sky, then objects in sky which talk about the Earth's axis, day night...and finally gravity.   I remember over 10 years ago, we did something like this when I taught fifth graders at Mililani Uka Elementary, and really enjoyed it.  I am hoping to bring this experience to our fifth graders at Pearl Harbor Kai Elementary.   I would like to do it after Christmas break in January...if you suggest we do it before then, please let me know as well.  Thank you!
