Notes:
>From Asheville or Knoxville via I-40, take Exit #20 onto US-276 South. >Go 3 miles and turn right onto Grindstone Rd. >Go 1.1 miles and turn right onto Hemphill Rd. >Continue up Hemphill for about 4 miles >At the entrance to "the Swag" veer right and continue on Hemphill Road another mile to the observing site
