Spring session - Introductory Astronomy Class
Curious about the skies above? Want to learn about the planets, constellations, galaxies and other deep sky, night viewing objects? Join us for our Spring Introductory Observational Astronomy Course starting on April 5th 2023.
This informal five-week basic astronomy course is held Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9PM at the Naylor observatory, followed by informal observing with telescopes, weather permitting. Cost is $50 and includes a copy of Peterson’s Field Guide for Stars & Planets; an Edmund Scientific Star & Planet Locator planisphere and an ESSCO Star Chart.
