Sky conditions cooperated for the observing time. Indoors the requirements for the badge were covered by PowerPoint presentation. Girls observed and learned about the mass and distance of the stars observed, learned how the Northern Lights come about. Identified the stars of Orion outside and did star hopping to locate other bright stars.
