The tradition continues -- Saturday night stargazing at Star*Quest Observatory

Volunteers from the FWAS get together on clear Saturday nights (from the first Saturday of April to the final Saturday of November) to show visitors what's happening in the sky.  What you can see evolves with the seasons, the phase of the moon, and the telescopes/e-scopes on hand... but there's always something interesting going on.

Barring bad weather or special events, the event begins 1 hour after sunset and continues for 2 hours after that.  Look for an announcement on Saturday afternoons on our Facebook and Instagram pages as to whether we'll be open or closed that evening.  No socials?  Call or text (260)305-0713 and a volunteer will get back with you ASAP.

(Event is free, but donations to help support the observatory are greatly appreciated.)
