Organized and led by Bobby Martin, Naturalist, Precinct 4. Evening Under the Stars starts with a brief presentation inside the Environmental Education Center, followed by a viewing of the night sky outside. Harris County Precinct 4 staff and members of the Houston Astronomical Society will provide telescopes and are available to answer questions. Constellation projectors are made by children with recycled materials while waiting for darkness. Usually 50-150 people attend.
