The Wellington Public Library is hosting an Eclipse Workshop to learn ways to safely observe the Sun during an eclipse. Free solar glasses will be given away at this event. There will be some DIY craft projects relating to solar viewing safety and some hands-on activities to understand eclipse concepts. We will be meeting over at the Memorial Auditorium.

It was fun to give back to my alma mater. It turned out well as I was greeted with fist bumps from the kids as they left. One young man said he was able to take some really good notes.and thanked me for the presentation.
