The board meets quarterly to conduct the business of the Society.  Members are welcome to attend.

The Lima Astronomical Society board is comrprised of the elected officers for the current year, and members who are not officers, but held office during the previous year.

Please note:  As this is a buisness meeting, no observing or general astronomy discussion will be held.
