Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Our club's Online Coordinator, Jeff Kopmanis, did a short presentation on how a telescope works and a "hands on" explanation of field of view. This was followed by building a small refractor from a kit (Galileoscope) as Jeff explained what the components were and how lenses were oriented the right way. The whole thing took just over an hour and jeff noted that the audience was more engaged than he had anticipated.
