Event

Local school event bringing the communinty to the school with display/presentation for the students. Last year event had 600 attendees. Our this year will have telescopes outside viewing the night sky. Star charts to hand out and astronomy project ideas.

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
The 3D model of the moon was a hit along with looking through the telescope at the moon on the wall. It was cool hearing from the kids when they looked through the telescope and then look around to see where it was.
