The San Francicsco Amateur Astronomers hosts monthly members-only star parties at the Rock Springs parking lot in Mt Tamalpais State Park. The parking lot is above the Pan Toll ranger station, near the Mountain Theater. This event is limited to SFAA members only. Club members who arrive by car must have a Mt. Tamalpais parking pass for the event. No pre-registration is necessary, but attendance is limited by the park rangers to 25 members. To ensure a spot for yourself, please try to arrive at least one half hour before sunset.
