Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
First visitor arrived before 1 PM; the last two departed just before 5PM. We had an H-alpha scope for viewing the sun, as well as binoculars with a white light filter. A Sunspotter also showed a clear view of the eclipsed sun. Lots of handouts were taken by visitors. NASA's live feed of totality was shown in the meeting hall.
