City Academy’s STEAM Family Night is an evening of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art and math activities for our students and their families. City Academy is an independent school in North St. Louis serving children from age 3 through sixth grade, with 100% of students receiving scholarship support.

Throughout the evening, City Academy’s STEAM teachers will host interactive exhibits alongside community organizations, companies and professionals offering demonstrations and hands-on activities for families to explore together. The goal is to spark curiosity, expose students to a wide range of STEAM concepts and careers, and make learning fun and accessible for all ages.

The event will take place from 5:30–7:00 p.m., with setup beginning at 4:30 p.m. In addition to indoor spaces, City Academy has a large outdoor turf field that could be used for activities such as astronomy or stargazing, weather permitting.
