Event

This event will take place for 7th grade students at Rockwood Valley Middle School and will be similar to a Science Night where they will have booths & presenters set up in the gym as well as telescopes outside on the field.

The St. Louis Astronomical Society will visit and set up telescopes outside for the Astronomy Night. The lower field was originally planned to be used for this event with access to drive vehicles close to the area. We are working on finding a location with a clear view of the western horizon to enable a view of Comet Pan-STARRS.

Cloud out date is March 14, 2013.
