The International Space Station makes a pass over the Tallahassee area Tuesday night, September 9. It comes out of the southwest at 8:54 pm, passes the bright star Arcturus at 8:58, passes Polaris at 8:59, before entering the Earth’s shadow in the northeast at 9:02.
