Event Report

Comments and anecdotes about the event:
Even with 65-75% cloud coverage, we had pretty good views of Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and Orion nebula. Had a 1st time new member, Jace show tonight with his new 4" telescope & and had a nice conversation. Also, lots of gnats/mosquitos swarming at sunset, disappear after dark. Greg Lipscomb began preliminary survey of APO facilities for planning of electrification project for outdoor telescope pads (See photos).
